Crooked Island is one of the least visited fisheries in the Bahamas and for good reason. It's about as far south as you can go without landing on Turks and Caicos islands. This southerly location is ideal for year-round flats opportunities. The winter's chill and winds generally have little influence here. With miles of shallow, firm, white sand flats, anglers will find abundant bonefish averaging three to four pounds with a behemoth ten-pounder possible on the next cast. Wading opportunities extend for miles but the guides are excellent polers if you prefer to fish from the boat.

Crooked & Acklins Lodge is ideally located to fish in multiple directions based on tides and winds. The beachfront lodge can accommodate up to ten anglers in spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. The dining highlights local specialties with varied options throughout your stay.
